Rooms & Rates

All of our rooms have awesome views, refrigerators, pillow-top mattresses, flat screen T.V.s, cable tv, dvd players, wireless internet, iron and board, wall mounted blow dryers, alarm clocks and private bathrooms. Our rates do not include sales tax. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit fee is required at the time of making a reservation.

MASTER (100)


The Master (located on the main level) is our largest and most elegant room. Everything in this room will make you feel pampered with no detail left untouched. You might want to put on a soft robe that is waiting for you in the walk-in closet and snuggle on the chaise lounge chair. You can watch a movie on the 50 inch flat screen T.V. using the DVD player or tune into your favorite program on the cable tv channels. You might also chose to sit outside on the private porch and soak up the grand views of Zion Canyon. Enjoy the comfortable King size pillow-top bed, made out of cedar logs. The luxurious marble bathroom has a separate steam shower, a large two person jacuzzi, double sinks, and a second T.V. The crowning touches in this room are the three way fireplace and vaulted wood ceilings.

HIDDEN CANYON (201)


The Hidden Canyon Room (located on the second floor) has a taste of the southwest with two comfortable queen size beds. Relax on the large balcony and enjoy the exquisite view of Zion Canyon or soak in the standard-size jetted tub/shower.

The Narrows Room (located on the second floor) is quite the handsome hideaway featuring a beautiful king size pillow-top bed. Enjoy a great view of Zion Canyon from a large walk out patio or unwind in the double-headed shower (no tub).

ANGEL'S LANDING (203)


Angel's Landing (located on the second floor) is a cozy room with a very intimate setting. Enjoy a relaxing bubble bath for two in the large Jacuzzi tub while looking at the surrounding views of Zion Canyon (no shower). You are sure to have sweet dreams in the King size, wrought iron bed decorated with exquisite and elegant linens.

POLICIES:

Zion Canyon Bed and Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your reservation. A one night stay will be charged to your credit card per room. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings, whole house bookings, and for some holidays and special events. The entire reservation will be charged to your credit card unless the rooms can be filled. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit fee, per room, is required at the time of reserving and confirming the room/s. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Rates do not include taxes. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
